Information we collect

We collect your name, contact details, and the health information you provide for a consultation. Medical records are treated as sensitive personal information under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173). Hilom is operated by 16:3 Studio.

How we use your information

We use your data only to connect you with a doctor, process payment, and keep a record of your consultation. We do not sell your personal information.

Data security

All consultations and messages are encrypted. Access to your records is limited — only you and the doctor you choose.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or a portable copy of your personal data, subject to applicable law and medical-record retention duties. Patients can continue accessing documents linked to their Hilom account. Doctors can view and securely export existing Paperless Practice records even after a free trial or subscription ends. For requests, contact support@hilom.health.

Retention and account changes

Ending a Paperless Practice trial or subscription makes the clinic workspace read-only; it does not automatically erase medical records. Records remain available for viewing and export so doctors can meet continuity-of-care, retention, and lawful data-request obligations. Deletion requests are reviewed before action because some records may need to be retained under applicable law or professional requirements.
