About the service
Hilom is a telehealth platform operated by 16:3 Studio that connects patients with licensed doctors for online consultations. We are not a clinic or hospital — we only facilitate the consultation.
Not a substitute for emergency care
The service is not for medical emergencies. If you are experiencing an emergency, call 911 immediately or go to the nearest hospital.
Payments and refunds
Consultation fees are charged before the appointment. Fees may be refunded if cancelled at least 1 hour before the schedule, or if the doctor does not proceed with the consultation.
Doctor responsibility
Doctors are independent professionals with their own licenses and responsibilities. Any medical advice given comes from them, not from Hilom or 16:3 Studio.
Paperless Practice free trial
Eligible verified doctors may start one 7-day free trial. No payment method is required and no automatic charge is made. When the trial or a paid plan ends, the workspace becomes read-only: existing records remain viewable and exportable, while creating or editing patients, visits, and medical documents requires an active subscription.
